MUI NE, VIETNAM – From October 29th to 31st, ADT & SNST Viet Nam hosted an extraordinary 3-day Company Trip & Workshop in the coastal paradise of Mui Ne. Centered on the bold slogan “RISE THE LINE – LEAD THE WAVE,” the retreat brought together employees for an unforgettable journey of strategic connection, high-octane beach challenges, and heartwarming celebrations.
Day 1 (29/10): Cultural Discovery & Glamorous Gala Night
The trip launched on October 29th as the team departed from Ho Chi Minh City after breakfast.
- 10:00 – 11:30 | Heritage Sightseeing: The journey’s first highlight was a visit to the historic Poshanu Cham Tower, where members explored local cultural landmarks before heading to lunch and resort check-in.
- 17:00 – 21:30 | The Spectacular Gala Dinner: As night fell, team members dressed up for an elegant Gala Night at the resort. The evening resonated with laughter, inspiring leadership messages, employee talent performances, and an exhilarating Lucky Draw session featuring valuable prizes to honor the hard work of every individual.
Day 2 (30/10): Exploration & The Ultimate Beach Teambuilding
October 30th proved to be the energetic core of the trip. After a morning visit to the scenic Lâu Đài Rượu Vang (Wine Castle) and lunch, the entire team gathered on the beach at 15:30 for an explosive teambuilding session.
🎨 1. Unleashing Creativity: Flag & Slogan Painting
Wearing matching custom blue-and-black jerseys paired with vibrant team bandanas, teams sat in tight circles on the sand to design their own team identities:
- Collaborative Artistry: Members carefully painted their squad names and slogans onto bright yellow and red banners. Teammates crowded in close, holding up the fabric and handing over paintbrushes to turn shared ideas into proud team symbols.
🌊 2. High-Speed Thrills: Beach Slips & Water Relays
- The Giant Water Slide: A giant blue tarp filled with splashing water served as the battleground for the high-speed slide contest. Under the cheer of MCs and teammates, members dove headfirst across the slick surface, creating epic splashes and unforgettable laughs.
- Ocean Water Buckets: Teams dashed into the rolling waves with buckets and mesh nets, battling the surf to carry seawater back to their team stations in a test of agility and teamwork.

Day 3 (31/10): Relaxation & Looking Forward
On October 31st, the final morning offered well-deserved leisure time. Team members enjoyed resort amenities, strolled along the beachfront, and took souvenir photos before checking out at 10:30. After a final lunch together, the group boarded coaches for a smooth return journey back to Ho Chi Minh City.
