AD Technology Continues to Recruit Design Talent… Hiring 30 New Employees

ADTechnology announced on June 10, 2025 that it has successfully completed its 6th public recruitment drive for new employees this year.

The recruitment, focused on design engineers, attracted over 1,000 applicants, marking the highest number of applications for this role in the past three years. A total of 30 candidates were selected, resulting in a competition ratio of approximately 34:1, the highest ever recorded for the company’s design division.

ADTechnology emphasized, “Specialized design professionals are the cornerstone of our technological competitiveness. This recruitment aims to enhance our capability to tackle complex design challenges based on cutting-edge processes and to secure the capacity to manage multiple projects concurrently.”

As design complexity increases due to process miniaturization, a robust design workforce is considered a key competitive advantage. The scale of a company’s design team is also a critical factor in assessing reliability during contract negotiations with global clients.

ADTechnology plans to steadily build its internal design talent pool in the long term while systematically enhancing the scale and expertise of its design organization.
